Grace is a highly skilled and passionate dentist. She qualified with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 and has since gained a wealth of experience in general and specialist settings. With empathy and compassion, it is her mission to work with you, the patient, to ensure that you can eat, laugh and smile with confidence.
Grace places the focus on treating and preventing dental issues and empowering her patients through education to maintain lifelong oral health. Grace has a special interest in providing care for paediatric patients and those with special care needs, particularly people who are anxious about attending the dentist. Grace aims to foster trusting and lifelong relationships with her patients so that they have no worries coming to the dentist. For people who just can’t face the idea of routine dentistry, Grace is currently undertaking a postgraduate diploma in Conscious Sedation in dentistry in Trinity College Dublin, so that she will be able to offer sedation services to her patients in the near future.
Grace enjoys collaborating with our principal dentist Hilary to provide comprehensive treatment including cosmetic treatment and replacement of teeth with dental implants. She is skilled in all areas of general dentistry.
In her spare time, Grace can be found reading a good book, visiting her family in Co. Laois, enjoying the Athlone food scene or ambling around the countryside with her partner Michael and their dog Ollie.
Grace’s message for nervous patients:
“I know that dental fear leads to avoidance of the dentist and deterioration in your dental health, pain and embarrassment.
This is NOT your fault and it does not have to be this way.
I promise that you are in safe hands, you will be listened to and you will not be judged.
It is my job to care for YOU.”
